Happy Easter

I hope that everyone has been enjoying the wonderful weather and some time off. I have had a lovely time here relaxing and crafting. I am surrounded by creative people who all inspire me so much. My mum was making Easter Dinner today and asked me to make some place cards for everyone. I thought this was a wonderful chance to break out my Owl punch and see how versatile it could be.
Supplies needed:
2 step Owl punch
5 petal flower punch
Modern label punch
Designer series paper in Subtles
Crumb cake smooth card stock
Regal rose smooth card stock
Seam binding ribbon in crumb cake
Top note die

To make the bunny, punch the owl out of crumb cake card stock and cut off the ears and feet. Punch a flower using the 5 petal flower punch out of regal rose and crumb cake cardstock. Cut two petals from each flower and trim the regal rose petals to make the ears. Use the heart/beak shape in the owl punch and punch it out of regal rose to make the nose.
To make the bow I used the fork bow technique demonstrated at Michelle Last's regional training event in Bicester, thank you Nicky for the demo.

All of these items are available in the current Stampin' Up catalogues which you can browse through on the left hand side of this blog. I can take orders by email, text or over the phone, why not treat yourself to a scrumptious Easter indulgence, guaranteed to be healthier than chocolate and completely non- fat!

That's all from me today folks, enjoy your holiday!
